The Weird Way Your Expectations Create Your Results
I want to talk about something that sounds a little weird at first. Stay with me.
There's a concept in Myron Golden's Mind Over Money Mastery program that most people either gloss over or misunderstand. It's the idea that your expectations function as the programming for your mental computer, and that this programming essentially "3D prints" your experience of life.
Yeah. That's a bold claim. But when I see the patterns in the entrepreneurs I work with at Qredits, I can't dismiss it.
What This Course Actually Claims
The Empower Your Expectations course is a four-module part of the Mind Mastery component inside Mind Over Money Mastery. And the central claim is straightforward: lack only exists in your experience if it already exists in your expectation.
In other words, if you don't expect to succeed, you won't. Not because the universe is punishing you. But because your expectation shapes what you notice, what actions you take, what risks you accept, and how long you persist when things get hard.
Here's the practical version. Two entrepreneurs walk into the exact same opportunity. One expects it to work and expects themselves to figure it out. The other expects to get screwed somehow. They might make the same moves on paper, but their behavior will be completely different. One pushes through obstacles. The other finds reasons to quit.
The Programming Analogy
Myron Golden uses this analogy a lot, and it works. Your brain is like a computer and your expectations are the software it runs. You can't get outputs that your programming doesn't support.
If your mental software says "businesses like mine don't make real money" or "people from my background don't do that well" or "the economy is too tough right now," then your brain will find evidence to support that. It'll filter out opportunities. It'll magnify threats. It'll make you cautious when you should be aggressive and aggressive when you should be patient.
Most entrepreneurs don't realize this is happening. They think they're being realistic. They think they're seeing the world as it actually is. But they're seeing the world through the filter of their expectations, and they don't even know the filter is there.
How the Course Approaches It
This four-module course features Myron Golden alongside Artemis Limpert. And from what I can tell from the program materials, it's not just theory. The modules are designed to help you identify what you're currently expecting, understand how those expectations got installed, and then deliberately install new ones.
Because here's the part most self-help content leaves out. It's not enough to just visualize or affirm or "think positive." That's like putting a nice wallpaper on a house with a cracked foundation. You need to actually change the underlying programming.
The course also covers why the things you expect create your experience. And this is where it gets really practical. If you expect customers to negotiate your prices down, you'll attract price-sensitive customers and discount to close them. If you expect to deliver massive value and get paid well for it, you'll position yourself differently, attract different clients, and hold your price.
Same skill. Totally different result. The difference is in the expectation.
The Part About Lack
Here's something from the course materials that stuck with me. You will learn why lack can only exist in your experience if it exists in your expectation.
Think about that. Most people experience lack as something happening to them. The market is bad. Competition is too fierce. Customers don't have money. Timing is wrong.
But what if the experience of lack is actually being generated from the inside? What if you're filtering for evidence of scarcity because that's what you expect to find?
I can't tell you how many business plans I've reviewed where the entrepreneur had a solid idea but their entire plan was built around why it might fail. Their projections were conservative. Their timelines were stretched thin. Their risk analysis was three times longer than their growth strategy.
They were building a business plan based on the expectation of lack. And the plan reflected it perfectly.
Who Needs This
If your plans always seem to have a ceiling, this might be why.
If you feel like you're doing all the right things but hitting invisible walls, it's worth examining what you actually expect to happen.
If you've read all the strategy content, implemented the tactics, and still aren't getting where you want to be — the bottleneck might not be out there. It might be in your programming.
This Empower Your Expectations course is part of the full Mind Over Money Mastery program from Myron Golden. Three components — Mind Mastery, Mouth Mastery, Money Mastery — total listed value of $15,766. Current price is $4,997.

Honest question: What do you currently expect your business income to look like 12 months from now? And is that expectation based on evidence, or is it based on what you've always assumed is possible?
