Spiced it up today.
I was feeling a little creative this morning and thought about making a pizza pocket. You one of those you know tastes so good, that in a moment of madness, even though you still haven't learned since last time, you bite into that juicy but bloody hot pocket!

I used the following to make this sandwich:
Bread:
- Wheat flour
- Water
- Yeast
- Salt
Filler:
- Trade secret beef chili
- Hot dog
I have been playing around with different ways of presenting food recently. It probably keeps me from getting bored of repetition. I was watching some videos about pizza and then I found some on pizza pockets.
I was sold.
The dough was the outcast of today's bake. The chili is of my own creation and was adapted for this bread. Hot dog is a standard, but not the cheapest either. Sriracha hot sauce of course.
I didn't even need a rolling pin. Handling it was enough.
Dog first to act a dam for....
Beef chili. And taasty.
Little squirt of that hot sauce.
Fold it over.
Seal with the end of a fork. Coat in egg yolk.
Prick the top with a fork. You need to let the pressure out or it will explode.
Validating this epic epic sandwich.
