Big shout out goes to @jaybird for organizing this contest.
I used the following to make this sandwich:
Bread:
Wheat flour
Grated potato
Egg
Onion
Garlic
Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Filler:
Eggs
Bacon
Sriracha hot sauce
Salt & pepper
In a large mug place your washed potato shreds, finely diced onion, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly with a spoon. Crack an egg in a separate glass.
Continuously stir when adding the egg and flour.
By a stroke of luck I had some Parmesan cheese.
With a spoon, dollop your hash brown mix on the pan and flatten out with the reversed side of the spoon. Shuffle your pan to make sure they don't stick too much at first.
I tend to add my bacon here as the grease helps to cook the hash browns.
Hash browns are nice and golden on each side. Time to remove and cook the eggs.
First hash brown down.
Bacon.
Egg sunny side up.
How could you not, even for breakfast!
Validating my sandwich. I made two of the delicious sandwiches and it was well worth it.
Hey everyone. I hope you liked this sandwich. I would like to share a video I made:
