No, they are not open and will be closed for the foreseeable future. Today, as part of my daily walk, I went to check them out and see how many people were around.
It was a beautiful day, sun was out and quite a few people were walking around to get their exercise.
All of them closed with no one around. Usually these places are packed with visitors and tourists. This is all very surreal to see.
