This week I began a new diet and commitment to my health. Time will tell how it impacts my physique but I expect results.

The plan is as follows:

  1. Cut carbs. No bread, rice or starches.
  2. Fat and protein are my friend.
  3. One cheat day per week.
  4. Keep working out as usual: 3-5 days/week.

My intention is to gain muscle mass and drop fat, so that I'm more capable of carrying Lumina up the Grouse Grind this spring and summer.

You see Lulu can't hike it by herself but maybe just maybe her daddy can be her legs.

As always thank you for your time and attention. Have an amazing day and God bless.
