MAKE 2 SERVINGS.
Mix all ingredients of the marinade.
Add the paneer and diced vegetables to it. Fridge an hour.
Arrange marinated paneer and vegetables on the high rack. Brush with oil and grill for 30 minutes. Till golden brown on all sides.
Reposition frequently and brush with oil.
Panerer tikka is ready.
Sprinkle chat masala powder and serve with chutney.
