Wonderful and blessed weekend, I am happy to share with you again, this time I bring you the recipe for a delicious battered cauliflower very easy to prepare and rich in nutrients can be served with rice, potatoes, salads or just alone with the sauce of our preference here I leave the step by step of this simple recipe.
1 coliflor
3/4 taza de harina de trigo
1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1/2 cucharadita de cilantro molido
1/2 cucharadita de cúrcuma
Aceite vegetal
Sal y pimienta al gusto
1 cauliflower
3/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
To prepare this recipe the first thing to do is to wash and disinfect the cauliflower well, cut it in a tree, then cut it in half and steam it until it is al dente, let it cool, or if you prefer you can leave the cauliflower whole.
Then in a bowl place the wheat flour, salt, garlic powder, pepper, ground coriander and turmeric and mix.
We add water little by little approximately one cup and beat with the help of a whisk until we get a thick mixture.
Then we pass the cauliflower florets through the mixture, put it in the pan with hot oil and let them fry when browned, turn and brown on the other side, place on an absorbent towel to remove excess fat if you prefer, you can also put it in the oven.
To accompany this cauliflower I prepared a salad with tomato, lettuce, potato, cucumber and onion dressed with olive oil, salt and apple cider vinegar.
As I said before, I served it hot with salad, but if you prefer to eat it alone with the sauce of your preference.
I hope that this simple recipe that I share with you today will be to your perfect liking until next time and many blessings.
