If you are good/kind it doesn't mean Life owes you one, if that is why you were good then it was just some sort of investment. Things don't really work in trade by barter, if you are trying to get goodness from Life by being good you will feel cheated.
Life doesn't run on a scoreboard to keep tracks, rain falls on both roofs, the good and the bad, sickness, depression and all doesn't check people's character before it attacks, it comes to anyone irrespective of how good or bad they are.
Let's see how these things work; when your aim is getting everything good because you do good, it wil make you feel cheated because when bad happens to you, your question will be why?. If you do good for humanity sake without seeking good in return, if something bad happens it will just look like a normal thing to face as a human and not us being cheated by nature. Being good doesn't guarantee always getting good things in return.
Humans always need support and also us reciprocating the energy they give, if they do good they expect to receive something good too in return. Some people give gifts to rich people expecting huge returns but most times it doesn't go their way, so this shows us that they showed this goodness with interest in mind.
It pays to be good, it will surely come when you don't expect. Being good does more than just getting good in return. A man in our community is really known for being good, his community people cherish him so much just because of his goodness, let's just say he ran into trouble, you will see the result of his years of goodness because they will all turn up for him.
