I love pineapple peel tea, it's one of the flavours I like the most! I learned to cut and slice pineapple since I was a teenager because nobody at home wanted to do it, at that time I used to cut pineapple into slices and then into cubes to eat it in salads, I made tea with the peel by my mom's command, and since then it became my favourite tea!

I learned the importance of the bromelain in pineapple because my mom was obsessed with its consumption, its anti-inflammatory properties were a benefit that my mum took advantage of, now every time I make pineapple tea I remember my mum's advice!.... It's delicious and easy to make

... Es delicioso y fácil de hacer

For a large pineapple I use a litre of water, and the first thing we must do is wash the pineapple well, then remove the peel and place it in a pot with a litre of water, turn on the cooker and let it boil for ten minutes, then let it stand for another ten minutes and strain it! That's it! Now you also have the option of combining flavours: you can add a cinnamon stick or the peel of half a lemon (placed at the same time as the pineapple peel), sweeten to taste!

This time I used the pineapple pulp to make a delicious caramelised cake 😋.... This fragrant tropical fruit can be eaten in its entirety, without wasting anything!
