Happy start to the week, my lovely people, lovers of good food. I hope you had a pleasant weekend, full of energy. What better way to start this week than by sharing a new recipe? This time I bring you something savory, but very tasty: fiber-filled crackers.
These savory cookies were shared by my good friend @carisma77. I remembered seeing them a while ago and actually saved them for a day when I would dare to make them. Since it's never too late, I did it, and today I want to share with you how they turned out.

PREPARATION:
Let's get started with the preparation. The first thing I did was add the whole wheat flour to a bowl, along with the rolled oats, baking powder, and seeds.
Then I added a tablespoon of olive oil.
Here I proceed to add the water, which I heated up a little; I don't know, I've seen in some other recipes that when using whole wheat flour, they recommend using warm water.
With our ingredients ready, we start mixing everything together, aiming to achieve this dough. I thought it wouldn't work, but after kneading for a while, this is how it turned out.
Now that our dough is ready, we're going to roll it out on a clean table with a rolling pin, making it as thin as possible.
Let's shape it; I had a small heart-shaped cookie cutter, so I used that.
All that's left is to put them in the oven, and when they came out, this is how they looked.
I confess that when they came out of the oven, they were very tasty and crispy; they had a flavor similar to packaged crackers.
But the next day, they lost that flavor and even became a little hard; still, they're edible, that's for sure, hehehe...
I have a problem with these healthy cookies that I'm trying to learn to make; when I take them out of the oven, they taste great, but then they harden. I'll keep practicing and learning.
If you have any suggestions or tips, I'd be grateful. See you next time.
SPANISH VERSION

Vamos a sacarle forma; yo ten铆a un molde de coraz贸n peque帽o, as铆 que us茅 ese.
Solo queda llevarlas al horno, y al salir, as铆 me quedaron.
Sigo practicando y aprendiendo.
Si desean darme alguna sugerencia o tip, agradecida estar茅. Hasta la pr贸xima.
