Before you start reading, I just want to say THANK YOU for chosing my post, I hope you will enjoy. 😊
You got enough time, mostly you are in workout mood, and you want fast results… Who doesn’t? Summer is here, and it’s time to wake up. :)
You can, but you need to plan workouts properly. Muscles needs resting, it’s the time when they are recovering, growing up and preparing themselves for next hard workout. Resting is super important, don’t overtrain. If you have tendency to workout every single day , congratulations, I’ll give you few quick tips on how to do it smartly.
You planned your workouts every day. Only two things can disturb your plan, that’s your brain and your body. You have to distinguish those two things. Training can make your brain tired, especially if you are beginner. “oh man, I trained hard yesterday, I deserved rest” or “I had an awful day, I should pass this workout” .. It’s the brain guys, you can do it. When body says “I need rest”, you just rest there are no excuses. How does body says that? Personaly, I read those signs when I wake up. If you feel like someone been beating **** out of you whole night, then you should workout easy that day. It’s simple, you are having muscle soreness. You are hiting your muscles hard, making them hurt, making them wounds. It’s same like you have wounds on skin, after they get healed, your skin becomes thicker on places where wounds been. That’s the soreness, but from muscles’s perspective. Feel the soreness and be happy. 🙂
Okay, you learned how to listen to your body. You wake up and you hear your body screaming. What should you do?
