Hi Guys, Jovan(@ign1te) here again and in this blog, I will share about what deck lineup I will build with the cheaper prices. This lineup is Modern league only and for me, this lineup will get you in a better battle situation for the silver league.
We all know Water cards is one of the best element in Splinterlands other than Earth, Dragon, and Life. If you have thought about what cards should you buy for your Water lineup, this post is for you as I will share some of my tips for buying my cards at cheaper prices and a practical way to choose what level should you max it :D
Here are the Water cards I currently have right now and planning to complete them before the end of this month. I maxing them out for silver league and I also want to add some Gold foil common, but I'm focusing only right for regular because it's cheaper. I maxed out Djinn Oshannus already in level 2 and I will add Legendary River Hellondale soon.
There are plenty of cards there in the market with cheaper prices right now but I only pick these cards for my Water deck lineup.
LEGENDARY CARDS
Djinn Oshannus - I can use him as a tank or 2nd position
River Hellondale - For Ressurection and especially its Inspire Ability
Torrent Fiend - I need him in Modern because Furios Chicken is for Wild League only
EPIC CARDS
Axemaster - Its Double Strike ability and high range attack
Wave Brood - I like Taunt Ability especially when the battle is Opportunity ruleset
Nerissa Tridawn - High Magic damage and Health
RARE CARDS
Venari Wavesmith - for extra Armor
Merdaali Guardian - for Tank healing
Kelp Initiate - Can be used for Poison rule and can be used as a tank in law mana battle
Diemonshark - High Armor and powerful tank because of its Trample and Enrage ability at level 4
COMMON CARDS
Pelacor Bandit - Good for Low mana battle and especially what I like is the High speed he has
Deeplurker - Strong melee card with Opportunity and High Melee attack
Flying Squid - Best to put in the 2nd position
Kulu Swimhunter - Good speed and Range attack with only 4 mana
Demented Shark - For another Inspire Ability
Feasting Seaweed - Just Like Deeplurker but the difference is speed(best for reverse speed)
So while I'm thinking about how all it costs in dollars, I did calculate all the common cards I wanted to buy and I realize that it would be better for me to buy combined cards already rather than a single BCX.
NOTE: This will be the total price if you will buy every single BCX of card (not combined).
Card Name
Card Price
TOTAL BCX FOR SILVEL
TOTAL COST
Pelacor Bandit
0.020
60
$1.20
Deeplurker
0.266
60
$15.96
Flying Squid
0.112
60
$6.72
Kulu Swimhunter
0.063
60
$3.78
Demented Shark
0.274
60
$16.44
Feasting Seaweed
0.890
60
$53.4
TOTAL = $97.5
If I would buy combined cards in the market right now this would only cost me a total of = $30
Be careful when buying cards if you would probably want to combine them, I highly recommend finding cards that are already combined at the level you want to save you more money :D
I will make a total of the costs of all these cards by next week as I need to analyze more of the cards for what the level they'll be for silver league馃
