So I woke up to the remaining 13 housemates having their morning exercise. I decided to join them since I have not been taking exercising seriously for a while now. I've only been taking walks of an an average of 5k steps daily, it's not enough, I know but it's better than been inactive because my job makes me do a lot of sitting.
