A childhood friend sent me this animation, for a unique and beautiful gift for his anniversary with his wife. I really liked the image he chose: it's a really cute cactus sticker. Here I leave you the decoration of the personalized flower pot, dedicated to Hive. I know it's not much, but it's my way of expressing myself through art.

Esta animación me la envió una amistad de la infancia, para un detalle único y bonito para el aniversario con su mujer. La imagen escogida me gustó mucho: es un sticker de cactus bien tierno. Aquí les dejo la decoración de la maceta personalizada, dedicada para Hive. Sé que no es mucho, pero es mi manera de expresarme mediante el arte.

Next, I'll show you step by step how I created my work. To begin, I'll list all the materials used:

In the initial phase, I start by painting the base of yellow, giving the design a fine tone. I use a wide brush for longer strokes and a nicer finish. Always in the same direction for a curious result.

En la fase inicial comienzo pintando la base de color amarillo dando un tono fino al diseño. Utilizó el pincel ancho para un trazo más largo y acabado más bonito. Siempre en la misma dirección para una terminación curiosa.

Then, with the pencil I draw the animated little face of the cactus, well framed, and that way it will be easier for me to paint the flower pot.

Luego, con el lápiz dibujo la carita animada del cactus, bien enmarcado y así me resultará más fácil pintar la maceta.

Once the pencil process is finished, we paint the face and the shadows of the cactus with the fine brush, using green, brown, beige, and black acrylic paint, to highlight its details well.

Una vez finalizado el proceso con lápiz, pintamos con el pincel fino el rostro y las sombras del cactus, utilizando pintura acrílica verde, carmelita, beige y negro, para resaltar bien sus detalles.

Finally, we move on to the final touches on its face with the pointer, using pink, white, and black paint for a better finish on the eyes. Then we add a coat of matte acrylic varnish to give it more shine, letting it dry for a few minutes. This design is a bit more complex, since the parts to paint are smaller.

Ya por último, pasamos a los retoques finales en su cara con el puntero, usando la pintura, rosada, blanca y negra para un mejor acabado en los ojos. Después le añadimos una pasada de barniz acrílico mate para darle más brillo, dejándolo secar por unos minutos. Este diseño es un poco más complejo, pues son más pequeñas las partes a la hora de pintar.

It is worth noting that this design was chosen by the client; but the decoration work is done by me, with dedication so that the cactus looks prettier. The final step is to plant it, choosing a small-sized one.

Cabe destacar que este diseño fue buscado por el cliente; pero la realización de la decoración es hecha por mí, con dedicación para que luzca más bonito el cactus. El paso final es plantarlo, eligiendo de uno de tamaño pequeño.
