I would assume it is! lol This is commonly known as "Impanada", inside is filled with meat and some vegies depending on your style on how you make it. haha This is a very practical snack when you are on the go. This can alleviate your hunger just by taking 3 or 4 pieces of them and then you can pair it with coke - ahhhh.... that's perfect. _
Imagine this one paired with a very icy cold glass of coke - Yummmmmm... yummmm.. that would be a perfect snack. This is very practical and even in our office this is what we eat during break time. Just perfect snack that can fill your stomach. No need for rice! You know... filipinos always love to eat with a mount of rice on their plate and that's "heavy meal" haha. This one is just for snack but it will definitely fill your hunger.
