Con mucho orgullo voy a gritar a los cuatro vientos: ¡¡BAJÉ 3 KILOS!!

Para las personas que no saben, estoy entrando al mundo gym de nuevo, soy de contextura gruesa y aunque en mi adolescencia fui delgada, siempre he sabido que mi contextura sería gruesa a cierta edad (20 años). Obviamente chicos, ha sido un desafío y más con la comida, siento que donde lucho mucho es dejar de consumir tanto carbohidratos y dulces, pero ahí vamos. Sé que para muchos, 3 kilos no es para tanto porque no se me ve gran diferencia ¡PERO, YO SIENTO QUE ESTOY MÁS DELGADA! y ya con eso, es suficiente. Desde que incluí las pesas, me veo más fuerte en las piernas, aunque no es tampoco una mega diferencia pero, me gusta sentir más ritmo a la hora de hacer ejercicios, y por cierto, ese pantalón me quedaba demasiado apretado, aún sigue apretado pero está más cómodo de usar ¡Estoy feliz! Obviously guys, it has been a challenge and more so with food, I feel that where I struggle a lot is stopping consuming so many carbohydrates and sweets, but here we go. I know that for many, 3 kilos is not that big of a deal because I don't see a big difference, BUT, I FEEL LIKE I AM THINNER! and with that, that's enough. Since I included the weights, I feel stronger in my legs, although it is not a huge difference, but I like to feel more rhythm when doing exercises, and by the way, those pants were too tight, they are still tight but It is more comfortable to use. I am happy!
