It's been awhile I blog on what I cook because I often feel there was nothing special to blog. Haha. I usually cook the same thing, same style, rotating the same vegetables and meat dish weekly. However, since it had been awhile, so let me blog about it, at the same time show you guys simple food we eat daily.

Today's serving consisted of steamed minced pork with egg, fried egg with chives and stir fry lettuce. Don't ask me why so many dishes with egg, I didn't plan earlier. Just felt like eating chives and usually I do chives omelette. Anyway, count it all joy when there are food on the table😎🤓.
Really love cooking with all raw ingredients; fresh lettuce, chives, eggs, onion, ginger, salt and pepper. You feel like a clean eat, although not clean enough because I did use soy sauce. Soy sauce is like a MUST in my kitchen. Without it, I felt like a lost chef. Lol...
Let's zoom in! 🧐

Our all-time favourite steamed meat
Super easy dish to cook. Firstly, marinade the minced meat with some salt and pepper. Not forgetting the must-have — soy sauce. Crack eggs into it, I used 3 eggs today because the amount of meat was more. Add a little water and mixed all together. Steam at high heat for half an hour and voila!!

Standard stir fry vegetables
For vegetables, it is either stir fry, or soup or stew in the house, depending what was the vege of the day. This type of lettuce usually called for stir fry for me. With alot of garlic. The garlic oil itself is fragrant enough when being incorporated to the vegetables. With a little salt (and sugar, optional), you had a plate of delicious vegetables. We are not salad eater, so stir fry is the way. Even cucumbers, we stir fry them.
