Hi guys. Today I'm having an Ice Tea and instead of sugar, I added about Honey as a substitute. This recipe has important aspects of our health benefits too.
It's good to have it warm in the morning and chilled at noon. And best when there are many friends/ guest around on a hot day.
These are the main ingredients.
2 Ripe Lime
Honey (about 4 spoons full)
5 Cups of Water
Mint leaves

Important Tips
When Hot (or Warm), have it best in the morning and night. This is favorable to the digestion.
When Chilled (with Ice cubes), Have it whenever you are tired and exhausted. It will ease you your mind and relief the body.
Whenever you suffer from vomiting, this recipe also answers to your problems. Causes of vomiting are overeating, drinking too much alcohol, food poisoning, stomach flu, emotional stress, pregnancy, and motion sickness. So make sure you have the Tea warm and along with the Mint leaves. Add chopped Ginger to step 3 to increase its effectiveness.
