Tonight was a small but a filling break. It was 11 pm and I went to the Late-night food stall just below my home. These were for the staff members too so I bought a pair of Alloo Paratha (X2 plates) It is like a baked pancake with cooked potatoes as fillings. It is quite the size of its fill.
Next was the sweet and sour, Egg Curry. It surprisingly went better with paratha. It is filled with mashed potatoes, coriander, masala, lime/lemon and few other spices. The gravy was thick and sweet at first. Then the sourness kicked in a little later. And of course a full boiled egg at the center.
Totally they cost around a dollar seventy-six cents (Rs 120). Well it is worth it
