Today I had some more ideas to prepare a colourful variety of sushi so let me present you with my latest compositions:

Ingredients:

Sushi rice
Rice vinegar
Fresh salmon
Lightly smoked salmon
Nori seaweed leaves
Eggs
Fish roe (red and green with wasabi)
Smoked sesame seeds
Japanaese mustard seeds
Soya sauce
Wasabi paste
Black reddish

PS: I roll the smoked salmon in a Nori seaweed sheet - as both are slightly smoked it gives extra flavour and then cut it into thin slices so it can be eaten as either sushi or sashimi.
