Working that is. Look. Work is good. It is God given. It can bless us. But man it sure can curse us if we're not careful and don;t approach it correctly. The key to working hard and working smart at the same time is to put processes or systems in place to help us delegate our work. We can only work so hard for so long before we burn ourselves out. This is too common in modern societies. Overwork is rampant everywhere you look. Learn to rest more. Learn to delegate more. Here is my take on working hard and smart. Much love yall!
