Talking about the consistency and how it matters not only for oneself but it also have the power to influence others as well.
Some time ago, I referred one of my office colleague to Hive and also helped him providing some info about it. I felt that he wasn't much interested in it and wasn't active for whatever reason. That's probably because I wasn't that much successful here on Hive to influence him or whatever the reason could be. Because it does matter a lot to others when they see you making some good income from a place.
Me, being a public office holder I work from 9 to 5 five days a week. Whenever I get some extra time from my office work, I just open browser and start writing on Leofinance.io.
And I have been doing this consistently for some time now.
That same colleague did see me what I was working for some time consistently, which appeared to have been influencing him. He got active again on Hive. He needed some info and I guided him.
This is how it works. We should be supporting those users who need help. This is who we are going to grow as a community.
So, apart from other things that can influence others to join Hive ecosystem, consistency is something that can play an important role in it.
Yes, there may be days that may not go very well for you, but that doesn't mean we should quit or take a break. Working consistently is what matters. If you scroll through my profile on Hive, you might not see a single day that I haven't posted on that day.
