Greetings!
Consistency to me is the bedrock of success, without consistency, there cannot be success, people who achieve great things in life have always attributed their success to their level of consistency and although, people would not like to listen to the failed people, but I'm very sure if they are given opportunity to tell their story as well, they would surely attribute it to their inconsistency in that things they have once do but couldn't continue with.
Having said so much about people and their success which is in most cases attributed to their consistency in whatever they do and also people's failed story which can also be attributed to their inconsistency in that thing they have once did, I would like to venture into the topic of the prompt in the Scifi-Multiverse community which is all about, “Why consistency matters than motivation.”
Well, in my own view, consistency like I said earlier is the bedrock of every success ine can lay claim to in life and if this should be the case, there's no great and effective motivation can be, consistency is still the only way to succeed in life.
Being motivated doesn't mean one will not encounter difficulty in that thing motivation has given him or her to do, and now, if the challenges now come, the only thing to be used to counter that challenge to me is consistency which is an act of not stopping but to continue with that thing one is doing.
In my life, I have seen people being motivated with money and words of encouragement, but after they have ventured into that thing they've been motivated to do, they faltered on the way and that was the end of their business and life story. Although, they tried to come back even with full force, but it was not the same again as they could not cope with the situation of things any longer and as if that's not enough, their customers who were known to always patronise them during their first coming couldn't come back to them again again as they now have another person doing the same thing in the same community.
Had it been they had not stopped what they started in the first place, maybe they would have overcome the difficulties and by now, they would have been known for what they do and know how to do best.
Same is applicable to the Hive blockchain, thank God I have been consistently consistent on the platform and that's I'm still able to be part of the community. I know those who 
In conclusion, my advice to people is that, do not start what you would not be consistent at in life. Be consistent in whatever you do and the sky will be your starting point.
