Today I at the ISETAN at KLCC, I brought the black pepper roast pork with 50% discount.
Normally this kind of meat is not really nice to eat since it is not so fresh or already dry up. It is best to use it for stew.
The pork meat in this picture is still frozen.
For this dish, the ingredient I use is as the following:
black pepper roast pork
1 red onion
2 carrot
4 US potato
butter
First, I cut all my vegetables and put them in the frying pan.
Once done, I try to put the pork into a pot with some butter and let it fry for a while to increase the flavor.
After frying the pork meat around 5 minutes, I add in the onion.
Once I feel there is enough flavor, I put all the vegetables into the pot with 1 bowl of water and let it boil around half an hour.
I decide to add in more pepper to make sure it tastes good.
Here is how it looks like when done.
When I am having my meal, it was raining heavily. Stew is enjoyable at times like this.
