Here I am today, sharing with you a picture of my lunch earlier. It is named Tinolang Native Manok. The difference with native manok and the commercial manok here is that native manok are the free range chicken. Its taste and texture is very different compared to the commercial manok(chicken).
In the image shown above, there is an improvised "Tinolang Manok." They used pechay as the vegetable but the original should be with Malunggay or Moringa and with green papaya.
