Week 1 🌊 What are your earliest memories of the ocean? If you've never been to the coast, you can share them through a movie or a book, or write a piece of fiction.
My mom regularly took my younger sister and me to the beach every Saturday very early to enjoy it, mainly because at that time there weren't many people and we could enjoy ourselves and play in complete peace. Another reason was that the sun burned our skin quite quickly, so after maybe a few minutes, sometimes with or without sunscreen, our skin suffered a lot.
Now that I'm older, perhaps that's one of the reasons why, despite living surrounded by the ocean, I try not to go to the beach too often—maybe once or twice a year at most. However, whenever I have the chance to be near the beaches, I take some great photos to share here on #Hive. And now that the community exists, I'll try to go more often and to different beaches, each with its own unique landscape.
Now it's time for the first beach, and specifically one that has become very popular with visitors in recent years: Guacuco. As you can see in the photos, what I find most interesting is that along the way, you can stop to take some fantastic pictures, as it boasts many amazing cliffs.
Note: I had to post in another community since I can't access the #Oceanlovers community at all, so I had to do it here in #gems. I hope you understand so we can resolve this situation soon.
