So this cafe prepares the item exactly how it goes on the table. No extra colours or half cooking or fake use of items. After shoot the dish is given complimentary to the photographer and his assistants. If we manage to click it before it gets cold with give it complimentary to a guest.
I generally prefer giving it to the staff/waiters as they actually get very happy and give broad smiles.
