There is always a need for content related to the Hive platform itself. The first one is for newbies who, obviously, are always on the lookout for material on how to become successful here on #hive. The second one is for niche communities or topics that require a little more technical knowledge or passion from the authors who have a deeper understanding or "love" for the subject matter. That said, being a newbie on the platform is not a hindrance for one to share the things that might help others out and grow the blockchain.
So, in the spirit of helping out and paying it forward to others who might need a little help from friends, we at Hive PH would like to help Hivers (some say Hiveans) who might be struggling to understand what it is like to be a blockchain blogger with our third week of August theme:
What Advice Can You Give to Newbies on Hive?
All of the entries provided a unique and insightful perspective on the topic and we thoroughly enjoyed reading every one of them, and we hope that you will get something out of the write-ups too.

The good thing is, Hive doesn’t care that much about the quantity of your words on your blog. They care much about the quality of your content.
2. Hive PH 3rd week: First month and a half in Hive with some tips for newcomers

Everyone has their own set of interests, passions, and way of life. You are welcome to write about it and share it with us. Keep in mind that writing something you are unfamiliar with will always have an impact on the outcome. Curators and readers will notice that you lack knowledge and that what you wrote was inaccurate. Be as genuine as possible. Being authentic means not sharing your true identity if you are hiding it, but rather sharing your true knowledge and experience for the sake of your readers.
3. New BEE in hive? This is for you.

Definitely, you cannot share something that you don't have. I cannot share travel photos because I am at home most of the time. I cannot share blogs about cooking because I am not used into it. I cannot share photo editing because I don't know how to do it. But, I can share my life experiences, I can share my stories as a daughter, as a sister, as a wife and above all as a mother. Write from the heart.
4. Buwan ng Wika Contest: [3rd Week]: What Advice Can I Give to a Newbies on Hive?
May-akda: @ruffatotmeee
5. Best advice I can give to New Hivers - Based on my true experience
May-akda: @jpatrick28
Okay! First things first Don't expect too much, promise masasaktan ka lang just like me. I saw a lot of people having huge rewards on their posts so when I posted my first post I expect that I will get a lot of rewards too but expectation vs. reality is real! So better not to expect anything, para yan sa ikabubuti ng iyong damdamin. But sometimes unexpected things will come and it's 'luck'.
6. Advices and Tips I Could Give to Newbies in Hive
May-akda: @rene.neverfound
It would not be a shame to write to express and to impress at the same time. Same goes for doing what you love to express yourself and to show it to people so that you can share it to them, and you can have a recognition of your hard work and efforts. Life works that way, in jobs, in school, in writing platforms, in the artist industry, and you can apply it in here, just be reminded to be humble all the time. Ipakita ang galing at abilidad nang naaayon.

"Hindi ito scam ha. Mas lalong hindi ito easy money bes. Kung ano iyong tininanim for now, aanihin mo yan soon.
