Gone are those days when they say that teachers' reward is only in heaven. They have to start eating the dividends of their labor from here and after now it will then be bigger.
The parents were invited to have one on one talk with my son's school which they call open day. What is done on the open day is, parents have one on one chat with the wards teacher to relate any difficulty the parents are facing with the child regarding his academic pursuit. The teacher also relates if there is an issue being faced too.
So that was what we went for and the teacher was so happy we came as many parents didn't come around.
The teachers are also appreciated with whatsoever the parents can afford.
It was a good timeout at my son's school.
