In Berlin, right near the Web1 wall, we checked out Web3 for you ... and did a little Web2 hating (Editor's note: #nowebshaming LOOL).

As if we didn't have enough to do and weren't already suffering from a chronic shortage of skilled workers from block 0, we sent @quekery himself to THE Web3 trade fair in Europe. As a native Berlin and refugee from there, he was our correspondent of choice. (Editor's note: We couldn't send @mary-me because Austria the country with the kangaroos, is on the other side of the world, LOOL.) Besides, @quekery was able to build up his web skills "trafficweb0.30" and represent HiQ at the fair. He met many Hivestylers and those who will become Hivestylers. In addition, our unofficial CEO, on a secret mission, smuggled one or two print HiQs among the fair visitors. (Editor's note: HiQ placement?!) However, his supply of smuggled goods was so small that he had to borrow a HiQ ~~on the black market~~ from @flauwy every now and then.

With @quekery's visit to the biggest crypto fair in Europe, HiQ's position among the Hive elite has become even stronger - read more about it below in HiQ Internal. We're looking forward to attending the next big event, HiveFest⁸ in Mexico in September, and meeting the smartest, most stylish & sexiest Hivians in the world.

In Berlin direkt in der Nähe der Web1 Mauer haben wir für euch das Web3 ausgescheckt ... und ein bisschen Web2 gehatet (Anm. d. R.: #nowebshaming LOOL)

Als hätten wir nicht genug zu tun und würden nicht schon von Block 0 an unter chronischem Fachkräftemangel leiden, haben wir @quekery himself auf DIE Web3 Messe in Europa geschickt. Als gebürtiger und von dort geflüchteter Berliner war er der Korrespondent unserer Wahl. (Anm. d. R.: @mary-me konnten wir nicht schicken, da Österreich, das Land mit den Kängurus, am anderen Ende der Welt liegt, LOOL.) Außerdem konnte @quekery seine Web-Skills "Verkehrsweb0.30" ausbauen und die HiQ auf der Messe zu vertreten. Er hat viele Hivestyler und welche, die es noch werden werden, getroffen. Außerdem hat unser inoffizieller CEO in geheimer Mission, die eine oder andere Print-HiQ unter die Messebesucher geschmuggelt. (Anm. d. R.: HiQ-Placement?!) Seine Schmuggelwarenauflage war allerdings so gering, dass er sich hin und wieder eine HiQ ~~am Schwarzmarkt~~ bei @flauwy borgen musste.

Durch @quekery's Besuch bei der größten Krypto-Messe in Europa hat sich HiQ's Position im Kreise der Hive-Elite wieder ein Stück mehr gefestigt - mehr dazu lest ihr weiter unten in HiQ Internal. Wir freuen uns sehr, auch beim nächsten großen Event, dem HiveFest⁸ im September in Mexiko, dabei sein zu dürfen und die smartesten, stylischsten & sexiesten Hivians der Welt zu treffen.

Web3 Berlin Conference

On the weekend of 10 and 11 June 2023, there was a ~~crypto~~ Hive event in a class of its own. The Berlin Web3 Conference took place. According to the organisers, this is the largest Web3 fair in Europe. This event was dominated by Hive. Hive was the biggest sponsor, had the biggest stand and there were many Hive speakers: @crimsonclad, @detlev, @arcange, @starkerz and @elindos.

The event was filled with many users from the community who helped to bring Hive closer to the fair visitors, such as @solarwarrior, @rivalzzz, @louis88, @flauwy, @tibfox, @broxi, @stortebeker, @e-rich1 and @quekery. Even though many stand visitors didn't understand that Hive has NO CEO or central contact person, we did well. We will provide you with more information about the event in the [editorial posts[(@hiq.redaktion/posts) and/or in the main edition.

Stay tuned for questions like: How many users have made an account because of Web3 Berlin? Who has the most blatant Berlin anecdote? Who is the CEO of Hive? And did @detlev hand out more BEER than the event had visitors? What mishaps did we and the Rally Car have to deal with? How many Hivians does it take to not get lost in the fair building?

After the trade fair programme, there were also planned, spontaneous then postponed but then again almost traditional Hivemeetups on the model of @alucian on both days, which were organised strictly according to the specifications of the franchisor (Editor's note: @tibfox with @hiveup-europe) and there were also #beersaturdays at the same time, although one day of them was a #beersunday. LOOL

We'll save the bumps and bruises for another post and deal with the design of business cards (Editor's note: and HiQbreros for Mexico).

Am Wochenende (Anm. d. R.: 10. und 11. Juni 2023) gab es ein ~~Crypto~~ Hive Event der Extraklasse. Es fand die Web3 Berlin Conference statt. Laut Veranstalter ist das die größte Web3 Messe in Europa. Dieses Event wurde allerdings von Hive dominiert. Hive war der größte Sponsor, hatte den größten Stand und es gab viele Hive Speaker: @crimsonclad, @detlev, @arcange, @starkerz und @elindos.

Garniert wurde das Event mit vielen Usern aus der Community, die geholfen haben, den Messebesuchern Hive näherzubringen, wie zum Beispiel @solarwarrior, @rivalzzz, @louis88, @flauwy, @tibfox, @broxi, @stortebeker, @e-rich1 und @quekery. Auch wenn viele Standbesucher nicht verstanden haben, dass Hive KEINEN CEO bzw. zentralen Ansprechpartner hat, haben wir uns gut geschlagen. Wir werden euch in den Redaktionsposts und/oder in der Main-Ausgabe mit weiteren Infos rund um das Event versorgen.

Stay tuned für Fragen wie: Wie viele User haben sich aufgrund von Web3 Berlin einen Account gemacht? Wer hat die krasseste Berlin Anekdote? Wer ist der CEO of Hive? Und hat @detlev mehr BEER verteilt, als die Messe Besucher hatte? Mit welchen Pannen mussten wir uns und das Rally Car herumschlagen? Wie viele Hivians braucht es, um sich im Messegebäude nicht zu verlaufen?

Nach dem Messeprogramm fanden an beiden Tagen auch noch geplante, spontane, verschobene aber dann schon wieder fast traditionelle Hivemeetups nach dem Modell von @alucian statt, welche streng nach den Vorgaben des Franchisegebers (Anm. d. R.: @tibfox mit @hiveup-europe) veranstaltet wurden und gleichzeitig auch noch #beersaturdays waren, obwohl ein Tag davon ein #beersunday war. LOOL

Pleiten, Pech und Pannen heben wir uns für einen anderen Post auf und beschäftigen uns erstmal mit dem Design unserer neuen Business-Visitenkarten (Anm. d. R.: und HiQbreros für Mexico).

CraftInk AMA and PIZZA

It's that time again. The traditional CraftInk AMA on the PIZZA Discord goes into its 2nd round on 17.06 at 03:00 pm UTC.
