I hope all is well for you and yours.
Today,I canned ten pounds of ground beef. I raw packed it into pint jars and pressure cooked them for ninety minutes. To use it in recipes I drain it,crumble it and reheat it. This is a great shortcut for taco night or spaghetti night. 馃尮馃尮
