Hello everybody greetings today I made Indian way vegan ramen. very simple easy and tasty.
Yesterday we were out walking, so dinner-making started quite late. I planned to make a recipe for the @qurator hive top chef contest. because it is very easy faster and simple vegan.
Ingredients:
1/4 cabbage
20 green beans
3 Indian paprika
few spinach leaves
2 greens from spring onions
1 carrot
2-3 cm ginger
7-8garlic cloves
2 small white onions. instead of the red onion in a photo.
1 vegetable stock cube.
1/2 lime juice
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
mixing tomato puree chili, black pepper
Cut all vegetables in chunks,
Peeled garlic cloves I don't cut them they are small in size and in some recipes, I like them better without chopping. cut ginger.
After heating a pan I poured oil.
Added garlic, ginger, and chopped white onion into oil.
After the garlic and onion started to the aroma, added vegetables, except cabbage.
cooked vegetables for around 2-3 minutes until they got soft.
Added cabbage at the end to keep its crunchy texture. added 1 vegetable stock cube.
Stirred tomato pure and chili black pepper, and mix all vegetables thoroughly.
Added 2 cups of water.
Then 1/2 lime juice.
Added soy sauce.
Cooked for 2 minutes.
On top of the vegetables just set some noodles. It is instant so needs 2 minutes to cook covered, let it be 2 minutes on the gas stove after 2 minutes switched off the gas stove.
Here is my Indian way ramen ready.
I used Idli (the Indian steamed cake).
thank you for stopping by. Sorry, @qurator because of an internet problem I couldn't get uploading photos so my post shouldn't be in time.
