Good Tuesday to the entire Full Sports Community! This time we are going to work our abs. And being more specific, our OBLIQUES. With a working method called TABATA🙌

The oblique abdominals are those found on the lateral aspect of our abdomen, which produce the rotation of the trunk. Many associate it with "Floats", since they are found in the area where our fat protrudes from the sides. But the most important thing is to know their FUNCTION and benefits when training them.
Having strength and flexibility in this area makes us less likely to get injured when we perform exercises with weight and rotations with our torso, so training them brings more benefits than just marking the V on our belly.
The 4 exercises are to work our OBLIQUES, so they all have either a rotation of the torso or an anti lateral tilt. Each movement performed is done with technique, at a controllable speed and without rushing or straining the waist or lower back.👍
The TRAINING METHOD is a TABATA for time. Pause 20" x 10" works. Each LAP has a total of 2', so I recommend this type of training for those who don't have much time in their daily life!
🍀BEGINNERS: 4 Laps with 1' Pauses between each one.
👾INTERMEDIATE: 4 Laps in a row without breaks.
🔥EXPERTS: 6 Laps in a row with ACTIVE pauses (Low Plank)
To finish the training it is important to return to our state of rest, lowering the Heart Rate and Relaxing our worked muscles.
In this case the work was purely on our Abdominals, so we are going to perform a hyperextension of our Lumbar Zone. But if you suffer from lower back pain, I recommend making it very mild, or asking a health professional such as a kinesiologist or sports doctor!
I hope you liked the Video. And remember that we must do one physical activity per day to improve our health! Hugs! 👋
