What is a TABATA? Do you do sport and don't know how to improve your performance? Do you have little time to train? Here are some tips and information for you!🙂
8 blocks of 20" work x 10" pause.
It is important to know why we perform certain exercises and training methods, which is why I want to briefly explain the objectives of this TABATA circuit.
First of all, it is a leg job, so it will help us not only to tone our lower body muscles, but also we will be stronger due to the intensity of the exercises.
On the other hand, if you play sports, or simply want to improve your running technique or want to be more agile and fast, this circuit helps a lot, since there are jumps, cushioning and regulation of muscle tension.
Jumps are a combination of Strength and Speed, which are 2 hyper-important physical conditions in sports such as Soccer, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, etc.
Warming up before a workout is AS important as the workout itself. Because? In this post that I did a few weeks ago I explain and there are also several exercises to warm up.
Elongation and stretching, or the famous "Return to calm" is also important to let the body know that we are not going to punish it anymore 🤣, so lowering the heart rate and stretching the worked muscles are key.
Soon I will make a video elongating the muscles of the body and being able to walk the next day without excessive pain 😁
Thank you very much for reading 😘
