¡Que tal amigos otro día más con todos ustedes en donde en esta ocasión les mostraré mi día descanso activo que por razones políticas y familiares fue un día en familia donde tuve la oportunidad de compartir con mi mamá en esta tarde para consolidar los lazos en familia que en este momento más lo necesitamos, Primero pase por el centro para ver si encontraba una panadería abierta para llevarle un pan de queso a mi mamá, ya que siendo una costumbre en mi país (Venezuela) hacemos esto para compartirlo con una tasa de café ya sea visitando a un amigo o a un familiar.

Después de compartir una linda tarde en familia decidí visitar el parque San José, que se ubica a una cuadra de la casa de ella para poder observar como se encontraban las instalaciones y ver si podía hacer mis estiramientos en el lugar, al mismo tiempo quería saber si en otro momento podía entrenar los estáticos en este parque, dándome cuenta tristemente que faltan muchas barras; sin embargo, lo que si pude notar es que si se pueden realizar los entrenos básicos en el área terminando allí mis estiramientos con unas fotografías del lugar que no podían faltar haciendo unos Front lever en este parque.

Mis días de descanso activos suelen ser los miércoles y domingos, donde solo realizo estiramientos dos veces al día por un periodo máximo de 10 a 15 minutos, enfocándome en los ejercicios de relajación articular más el estiramiento apropiados donde tenga algún dolor y así poder garantizar un buen descanso activo para amanecer al día siguiente muy fuerte.
