驴Pero cu谩l es ese b谩sico?

Recuerda que si no entiendes un ejercicio, podr铆as volver al ejercicio anterior para as铆 ganar fuerza y postura de este grandioso movimiento.

Greetings, friends who love sports and calisthenics! Today I bring you a blog where we are going to talk about one of the most challenging and effective exercises to develop strength and muscles in the upper body: the pull-up. This exercise is essential to work the back, arms and core, but it is also one of the most difficult to master, especially for beginners. That is why, today I will give you some tips, tricks and techniques so that you can improve your execution and progress in this movement.

As you know, the pull-up is a pulling exercise where the dorsal muscles are mainly worked; this being its main muscle, the first thing we must do before attempting a pull-up is to master its basic. But what is that basic? They are the Australian pull-ups, exercises of pulling on a low bar that facilitate the range of movement, as well as the volume of training. This exercise is very good to get the necessary base to later perform a pull-up.

Once we have achieved strength between 10-20 reps for 6-8 sets, we move on to the next exercise, which consists of doing negative pull-ups. This exercise is very useful for achieving strength, posture, and the full range of pull-ups, so we will look for a bar that is not too high that allows us to jump to pass our chin over it and slowly descend from the bar until we finish with our arms unlocked, doing 2 reps for 6-8 sets. Once we have achieved this level, we could try our first strict pull-ups. Once we have achieved these exercises, we could try free pull-ups of 2 reps for 10 sets to get them correctly. Remember that if you don't understand an exercise, you could go back to the previous exercise to gain strength and posture from this great movement.
