Interestingly, the sesame prawn toast here has a bit of a twist. Normally, the prawn toast is served with a sort of minced prawn meat battered on one side of the toast.
You don't usually see an actual prawn on these dishes but here, you very much do. There is clearly a nicely prepared fried prawn placed conveniently on top of the toast. It's a nice touch and would highly recommend it over the usual.
