Hello to all my friends. Today, the four of us—hardworking farmers—enjoyed a hearty feast together after a long day. Although the dishes were quite simple, the meal brought us great joy. That happiness didn't come merely from the food itself, but from working together, sharing a meal, and talking about life and our past experiences.
Here, we have four dishes: pumpkin with minced meat, caramelized stir-fried pork, shrimp stir-fried with cauliflower, and finally, pickled eggplants—a rustic Vietnamese dish.
