Rutina de hefesto avanzada
Advanced hefesto routine
Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community After a few weeks we are back to the hefesto again but this time the advanced routines that I usually do to get even more stamina and strength in the movement.
I recommend that for the first exercise you should use a garter to give you a great assistance if you don't have much strength for that movement, each of the exercises are 4 series and finally add that you have a good warm up because this routine overloads a lot the forearms and biceps, I recommend to train it once or twice a week.
