Hola a todos amigos de Street Workout Community Espero esten muy bien, hoy me toco entrenar espalda y como estamos en semana de calistenia no nos toca usar peso, asi que le daremos con los siguientes ejercicios para activar esos dorsales con todo, para que esa espalda agarre la fuerza y masa que queremos.
