Como sacar el 360

How to remove the 360

Hello to all friends of Street Workout Community Today I bring you a different video, a freestyle video with my perspective and what I recommend to get the 360 trick.

Video

Recomendatorio	Recommended
The video shows all the steps and tips to follow, but I also want to add that when you do the movement try not to be stiff in your shoulders, forearms and abdomen, try to spread out although it is a little scary, try to make a push up with your arms when you reach the top of the swing so you have more height to turn and if you have the slow turn you have time to get to the front of the bar. Another thing that is no less important is not to look at the floor, always look at the bar because if you see the floor you will be cut off and your hands will not look at the bar, they will only turn for the sake of turning.
