How are you. Hope all are you good. Today's ago i,m going to pabna. Pabna is my grandfather's house. This is the winter time so everyday there made many type of winter cake or pitha. So today my aunty made one type of winter cake or pitha that everyone like it. In bangla its called bhapa pitha. Now i show you 2 different type of bhapa pitha.
it was made by Molasses and heat rice powder (আতপচালের গুড়া). But i don,t like molasses so my aunty made for me coconut mixed with little molasses. So she made two type of bhapa pitha. She also made it in clay oven. Now i will show you how can she made this recipe. It was too delicious i love to eat it. Hope all are you like it.
