I know you’re used to my recipes being tied to Bengali or Indian cuisine, but this time I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try my hand at light Mediterranean flavors. Since it is the month of fasting and the food I eat should give me enough energy for daily activities, I usually prefer heavier foods that are high in protein and carbohydrates, but after a while a mild detox is necessary. So I decided to prepare a dish where the accent will be on vegetables with little protein. Here is my today's recipe "
1 onions
2-3 cloves of garlic
3 zucchini
2 tomatoes
2 chicken fillets
1 red bell pepper
ground sweet pepper

2 dl sour cream
Wash the zucchini, cut them lengthwise and scoop them out to get the shape of a boat.
Fry the onion in oil, add the garlic.
Add the chicken white meat and pepper with onions, simmer until the liquid evaporates, add a little sweet pepper, salt and pepper.
Add sour cream five minutes before taking out of the pan.
Fill zucchini boats with the mixture, add tomato slice and put some sour cream on top. arrange them in a fireproof bowl and pour ketchup (I'm with tomato sauce).
Put them in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes at 170-180 degrees. Then take them out.
