Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are often my busiest days as I have tuitions and tuitions.

I have a snacking habit before my classes. Sometimes it is more to comfort my soul or reward myaelf for working hard. But I have been also wanting to cut some snacks away from my diet so I was a bit determined not to have snacks ready yesterday.

But......

I failed.

I was so hungry and it was hard for me to focus in my online class though I tried my best. So I succumbed to my temptation and ordered these tarts via online delivery from Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tarts. My excuse is.... they were running a 50% deal hehehe!

So I ordered six tarts, 2 of 3 different flavours.

YUMMY TO MY TUMMY! and suddenly I could think and my brain could work again for my class. I have always liked Hokkaido tarts because their fillings are a bit flowy like lava. I shall resist the temptation harder the next time because I have been wanting to try their new butterfly pea lemon cheese tart. It has some dessicated coconut pieces as topping which I did not really like but acceptable. The salted caramel and chocolate tarts are as good, as usual. I did not gobble all 6 tarts down but shared with the family.

My conclusion is I shall reduce snacking gradually and not immediately. Still looking forward to try new snacks ahhahhaha!

Till then, EAT WELL!
