Tonight is a night for a bit of a feast. The weather in North Carolina is starting to take on a bit of a Winter feel. Before, the cold arrives in full fury I decided to fire up the grill and pull out my finest beer.
Yes nothing is better than a CHIMAY, in my humble opinion.
And nothing goes better with a NY Strip Steak and onions.
