Summertime is in my humble opinion the best time to enjoy Mexican Lagers, all be it North Carolina style.
What makes a good Mexican Lager?
The @handofzara is here to help y'all with that.
First and foremost Mexican Lagers are light to medium bodied, with mild hops and leans to the towards the malts. And the best is, at least in these parts, often brewed with a bit of citrus either in the hops or with limes!
And you know what is even better with a Mexican Lager?
If you guessed a chicken taco, then you would be absolutely correct!
Yes sir! The Mrs. @handofzara went out for lunch and brought me back a chicken taco.

So last #beersaturday I was feeling a little under the weather so I did not get a chance to do a TRIVIA QUESTION.
I have a #beersaturday tradition of asking a trivia question and the first person to answer in the COMMENTS correctly wins a BEER TOKEN!
QUESTION: What is the Capitol of Mexico?
Good luck and I will see y'all next #beersaturday!
