Another #beersaturday and time for another North Carolina beer!
And just for the record it is after 5 o'clock and the sun is over the yardarm so it is time to crack a brew.
For the LOVE OF GOD! Of course it is after 5 PM, I don't WAKE up drinking beer . . . well not anymore anyway. Well not since College and that one time I went Deep Sea fishing. By the way, I do not recommend drinking beer BEFORE heading out to the open sea. Just saying. :)

STYLE: Belgian Tripel
ABV: 9.7%
BREWER: White Street Brewing in Wake Forest, North Carolina
APPEARANCE: deep gold, clear and pours with a medium head
AROMA: MALT
TASTE: malty with a hint of honey, fruit and clove
MOUTHFEEL: light and carbonates well, clean finish with a slight burn
HANGOVER FACTOR: HIGH ALERT 9.7% ABV!
