Lately, I’ve been practicing a lot of self-care—not the loud, picture-perfect kind, but the kind that starts from within.

Yeah!

I have made a conscious effort to protect my feelings and condition my mind to stay calm and joyful, regardless of what life throws at me. And recently, I have noticed the kind of peace I enjoy is so beautiful that I don't even need any validation, it just exists.

When people talk about mental health I never took it so seriously until now.
Taking care of my mental health has made calmer, I responded to things I wouldn't initially take with mildness. I don't react out of impulse, I think through it.
But the most amazing one of it all is that I have also learned to set healthy boundaries without feeling guilty.

Before now, I just don't want to be in anyone's bad book so I just agree to everything. But now, I speak up, clearly and honestly when I feel something doesn't sit right with me. Saying things out loud has lifted a weight I didn't realize I was carrying. I feel lighter and free.
Even in marriage, it has really helped a lot.

I’m deeply grateful for life, for love, and for the support of family. These things matter more than we sometimes admit.
I also realised that identifying the problem is often a step to finding the solution.
