Some time ago I talked about a "new" green-house which was more or less abandoned when the former gardener retired. The greenhouse located at a spiritual centre is now taken into production by our organic garden located a mile up the road so closeby.

The harvest is not yet Skall-certified as this takes two years of biological operating. So we sell it uncertified.Ofcourse we use bio baby plants and everything similar as on the certfied grounds.
Yesterday the above raapjes were sold to the public and to a restaurant chef. (pic left)
Soon the exra green house will start to deliver cucumbers and tomatoes in the hundreds and some of us have to think of logistics!
