Aunque ya estoy lo suficientemente grande, como para saber que Santa no existe, aún es una figura que me trae hermosos recuerdos de mi niñez. Ver a la imagen de Santa, es ver regalos, alegría, compartir, representa básicamente, toda la temporada navideña. Por eso, hoy le dedico este boceto, que combina el rostro del personaje y el cielo por donde hace sus innumerables viajes. ¡Comencemos!
Although I'm old enough to know that Santa doesn't exist, he is still a figure that brings back beautiful memories of my childhood. To see the image of Santa, is to see gifts, joy, sharing, basically represents the whole Christmas season. That's why today I dedicate this sketch to him, which combines the face of the character and the sky where he makes his countless trips. Let's start!

Paso a paso:
El primer paso consistió en hacer el boceto del dibujo, por lo que dibujé una luna y luego fuí dádole forma a la cara de Santa.
Step by step:
The first step was to sketch the drawing, so I drew a moon and then shaped Santa's face.
Lo siguiente fué, con ayuda de la tempera, darle color a nuestro Santa.
The next thing was, with the help of tempera, to give color to our Santa.

Para no dejar un fondo blanco, pinté una especie de cielo nocturno y le dí un toque especial, añadiendo escarchar a toda esa área.
In order not to leave a white background, I painted a kind of night sky and gave it a special touch, adding frosting to that whole area.
